Hello, my name is Katiane Romero, I'm a Brazilian Content Director with a strong background in communication and creative marketing.

I have extensive experience in the fashion and beauty industries, having worked as a writer and editor at renowned fashion magazines such as Elle, InStyle and Glamour. Through my work, I have gained valuable insights into the dynamics of the industry, emerging trends, and consumer behavior.

In my previous roles as a content and creative marketing manager, I successfully led cross-functional teams in executing comprehensive campaigns and strategies. My skill set is versatile, encompassing writing, strategy, photography, video production, and styling. This enables me to oversee the entire creative process, ensuring impactful brand experiences.

As a bilingual professional fluent in both Portuguese and English, I have effectively collaborated with global teams, delivering copy and concepts for multinational campaigns. I have also led sprints at MESA Company for clients such as Meta (Latam), Diet Coke (UK/Sweden), and Natura (Brazil).

Furthermore, my commitment to empowering women in the industry led me to create and host the Musonas Podcast, where I share inspiring stories about women in music.

RICCA

Ricca is a brand specialized in beauty accessories and skincare products with a massive presence in beauty stores throughout Brazil. As the head of communication, I led three major projects: the redesign of the brand and all packaging (over 600 SKUs), the new content strategy and visual identity for social media – including the brand's debut on TikTok –, and the launch of the consumer community, The Ricca Lovers.

C&A

C&A is the second largest fast fashion company in Brazil. As the content and creative manager, I led projects such as the brand's presence on Big Brother Brasil 20 (the biggest Brazilian reality TV show), the partnership with Sephora, collaborations with the designer Diane von Furstenberg, the Obvious agency, and the singer Manu Gavassi. Additionally, I was part of the team that worked on the rebranding launched at the end of 2020.
